Our Story
Born out of a deep burden to serve
Eleos Foundation was born out of a deep burden to serve communities with limited access to healthcare and essential resources — with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and medical aid. Through faith and compassion, we have responded to both physical and spiritual needs.
What began as a small effort in 2019 has grown into a mission-driven outreach touching lives through medical care and the love of Christ. We believe in restoring dignity, improving health, and sharing hope with every community we reach.

Our Journey
How we got here
Foundation Established
Eleos Foundation was born out of a deep burden to serve communities with limited access to healthcare — starting small, driven by faith and compassion.
First Medical Outreach
Our first organized medical mission reached a rural community called Avakpedome in Adidome District of the Volta Region of Ghana, providing free consultations, basic treatments, health education, cloth and food items to dozens of families.
Humanitarian Aid Launched
We expanded beyond medical care to distribute food, clothing, and essential supplies to families facing extreme hardship.
Children & Community Programs
Dedicated programs for children were introduced — combining health interventions, education support, and welfare initiatives in underserved areas.
Virtual Outreach & Partnerships
We launched virtual educational presentations and grew our network of partners — churches, organizations, and sponsors joining the mission.
Growing Reach
More communities reached, more lives impacted. Volunteers multiplied and our outreach programs continue to deepen in both breadth and quality — and the mission is far from over.
